Trial plan and what to expect

What changed

Not applicable, this describes the trial's standard, current terms.

During the 7-day trial:

Up to 10 articles total (this covers both AI-drafted articles from merged PRs and a one-time import from your existing site, they share the same allowance).
Up to 50 AI-answered widget questions.
One team member (the account owner). Inviting teammates requires a paid plan.
You can customize your public help center's look and content in the live preview, but you can't save those customizations until you're on a paid plan.

Private help center, a white-labeled widget, SSO, and importing from your existing site are all paid-plan features and aren't available during the trial.
The 7-day window is a hard cutoff. Once it passes, every metered action and paid feature blocks, even if you haven't used your full 10 articles or 50 AI answers yet.
Because no card was collected at signup, nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. You choose and pay for a plan when you're ready to continue.
