Workspaces, billing plans, and your help center URL

Workspace billing plans and help center URL
What changed
Each workspace now has its own billing plan. You can purchase and upgrade plans per workspace independently of other workspaces in your account.
Workspaces are also now limited to one project each. Opening a workspace takes you directly to that project rather than showing a project list. If your account was created before this change and still has more than one project, you will continue to see the project list until those extra projects are migrated.
If you see "This workspace is awaiting payment"
When the Billing page shows this message, the workspace requires a plan before you can use it. Choose a plan on that page to unlock access. This message appears on workspaces created without a full trial period — it does not mean your trial ran out early.
If your billing page shows a trial countdown, your trial is still active.
Setting up a new workspace
During onboarding you will be asked to enter a domain. This domain is used to generate your workspace's help center URL, which is visible on the Domains page. Enter it in the format yourcompany.com.
Finding your help center URL
- Go to Domains in the main navigation.
- Each domain row shows a Default URL field. This is the URL your visitors use to reach your help center for that workspace.
If you previously shared a generic app URL with visitors, update it to the workspace-specific URL shown on the Domains page.
Upgrading or changing your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Choose a plan from the options shown. Plans are scoped to the current workspace — upgrading one workspace does not affect others.
